How to give a statutory cancellation notice, together with a model form you can copy, email or print. Using the form is optional: any clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient.
For a change of mind, the statutory cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the contract is made. The statutory rules differ between digital content and online services. If you ask Paper Tiger to supply digital content immediately, expressly consent and acknowledge the consequence, the statutory right to cancel that content ends once access begins. Asking an online service to start immediately does not ordinarily end the whole statutory cancellation right, although a proportionate charge may otherwise be permitted for service supplied before cancellation.
Paper Tiger separately gives study-pack buyers a contractual full-refund policy. If you cancel the whole study-pack purchase within 14 days after the contract is made, Paper Tiger will refund the full amount you paid even if access has already begun. No content or elapsed-service deduction is made, and the pack's content and associated paid online-service access then end. This policy does not reduce rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming content or services.
Paper Tiger records consent separately from actual supply. A study pack is supplied when its paid entitlement has been granted successfully and its edition content is available. Studio digital content is supplied when the approved module has been created successfully and is available in the account. A checked box, payment without access, an attempted generation or failed generation does not by itself record digital-content supply.
To cancel, send a clear statement before the applicable period ends. Email is the quickest route. Include the pack or service name, order date and the email used for the Paper Tiger account. You may identify the order using the Stripe receipt or payment details without sharing full card information.

A Studio subscription contract is formed when Stripe confirms the successful checkout. If you request immediate commencement, Studio starts only after Paper Tiger sends the durable contract confirmation and successfully activates subscription access. Cancelling during the initial 14 days does not automatically remove the right to cancel the entire service; Paper Tiger may charge only the proportionate amount for service actually supplied before cancellation where the legal conditions are met.
If you cancel during the initial 14-day cancellation period after asking for immediate start, the charge is the amount paid for the first month multiplied by the elapsed service time divided by the first monthly billing period, capped at that amount and rounded down to the nearest penny; the remainder is refunded. Elapsed service time runs from payment confirmation until Paper Tiger receives your cancellation. The first monthly billing period runs from payment confirmation until the corresponding date in the following month.
A separate digital-content confirmation may be requested before the first module generation during that initial period. It applies only to the requested module content. The digital-content cancellation consequence begins only when a module is created successfully and becomes available, not when AI processing starts.
Complete only the fields that apply. A signature is needed only if you send a paper copy.

You can identify the supply as your Paper Tiger study pack or another Paper Tiger service. Adding your order email helps us find the purchase but is not required for a valid notice. The purchaser or the learner account holder may send it.
Paper Tiger will acknowledge a valid cancellation notice by email. For a study-pack cancellation within the contractual 14-day period, the full amount paid is refunded and the pack's content and associated paid online-service access end.
Refunds due following a statutory cancellation or the study-pack contractual policy are made without undue delay and within 14 days, normally to the original payment method and without a refund fee.
